- Please note - You do not have to go through the whole checkout process to find out what your total cost is for items and delivery. The simplest way to calculate your cost is to ensure that all items you want to purchase have been added to your cart. In your shopping cart you’ll see the cost against each item (inc VAT) with a total cost beneath. To determine your delivery cost, just enter your ‘country’ under ‘Delivery Cost Estimator’ then select your preferred delivery method from the options listed (there may be one or more options). *Please note, whilst our offices are open Monday to Saturday, courier collections are from Monday to Friday. If you place your order on Saturday or after 3pm on Friday your order will not be collected by courier from our offices until Monday. We down load the order and check the parts, read any messages that you have left, possibly email you if we can offer any suggestions and only when all questions have been answered and the goods ready for dispatch do we take the money from your account. Overseas Customers UK to Euros / US dollar - grab a great deal due to current exchange rates - Note orders to Non EU countries / VAT exempt destinations (including America, Canada etc) - you will not be charged VAT. We process your order in our back office system which will not charge you VAT. The invoice will be raised in Pounds Sterling, (the Euro/US Dollar prices on the website are an indication of the Sterling Price converted into Euros/US Dollars) your card will be charged in Pounds Sterling and the exchange into Euros/US Dollars performed by your card company. If you are a Company registered for Sales Tax (VAT) in the EU in the comments section please add you Sales Tax registration number. In these cases no VAT will be charged on your order.
